RETURN & REFUND POLICY

CAN I RETURN PIECES I BOUGHT IN SALE?

All items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned. However, pieces bought on sale can be exchanged, please contact us at info@belum.eu for further assistance. 

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • You can return your products within 14 days after you have received them. 
  • Contact us via our customer service email (info@belum.eu)
  • Provide your order number and the email address (which was used to make the purchase)
  • We will respond within 5-7 business days
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES? 

For orders from and including 7/20/2022 onwards, unworn and unused items in orders of under 100,00 Euros can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. From 7/20/2022, orders over 100,00 Euros can be exchanged and returned for credit notes on the original method of payment or store credit. You will have to pay for shipping to return your item but we will cover shipping for sending the new product(s) to you. We will only cover shipping for the first time an item is exchanged. If after that another product is needed, you must pay for shipping both ways. 

We simply ask that the following requirements are met:

  • items must be in their original packaging, with all the labels intact
  • items are clean (no hair, pet hair, or deodorant marks, etc.)
  • items must not have been used, opened or altered in any way.
  • items returned to us in a manner that is exactly as were delivered (folded, bubble plastic, protection etc).

We reserve the right to refuse returns or partially refund returns that do not meet these requirements.

Until the order has arrived, it is at your risk and we cannot and will not refund pieces that are not in our possession.

Refunds will be given for the price of the item, excluding the cost of delivery.

If you would like a credit note instead of a refund please let us know when you request the return.

    THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED!

    Of course we do our best to avoid this but if it were to happen that the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

    WHAT ARE THE REFUND OPTIONS?

    The following refund options are supported:

    • Refund to the original payment method on orders over 100,00 Euros

    or

    • Belum credit note or gift card (same amount as originally purchased)

    HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEMS?

    For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

    HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

    The shipping costs are paid by you, we do not pay or refund these. Please note, we recommend sending back your items tracked as we cannot be held liable for any items that fail to reach us. 

    HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 15 working days after approval.
