You can return your order up to 14 days after receiving it, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 business days of receiving the return shipment.

Step 1: Fill out the return form

Download the return form here and fill it out completely.

Step 2: Send your order back

Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure to provide a Track and Trace code for the package. As the sender, you are responsible, and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account

Once we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five business days.
